Overview

You can request deletion of your personal data held by KundliBaba AI at any time. For details on what we collect, see our Privacy Policy.

What We May Store

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Name and birth details
• Chat messages and generated reports
• Basic payment records (not card or bank details)

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — WhatsApp: Send the word DELETE in your KundliBaba AI WhatsApp chat.

Option 2 — Email: Write to support@kundlibaba.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your WhatsApp number so we can verify your identity.

What Happens Next

We will confirm your request and delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. Some transaction records may be kept longer only where required by law.

Deleting your data from KundliBaba AI does not delete your WhatsApp account or messages held by Meta. See WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for that.
